• Prescriptions are available; however, prescription copays and costs will apply unless they can be sent to the clinic.

Family Members Included
Up to seven family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child) can be included on your plan. Like you, your family members can use FSH as often as they need. Be sure to add your immediate family members via our mobile app, online dashboard or over the phone!

First Stop Health Doctors and Counselors
All FSH doctors and counselors are U.S.-based and licensed to practice in the state from which you are calling.

There are no stated limits to the number of times you can call.  However, for long term mental health care, the counselor may refer you to a specialist much like a tele-med doctor might refer you to a medical specialist.
