Enrollment Process:
Parents will be notified if their children are eligible for Supplemental Educational Services (SES) via mailings in the fall and spring semesters. These mailings will include an enrollment form and a list of approved tutoring providers. Parents must then complete the enrollment form and return it to their school. Vendors will be notified and will make contact with parents to begin the tutoring process. Parents of eligible students may also either print enrollment forms and provider descriptions online (see below) or obtain them from Murdock Elementary. Forms can be turned in at Murdock any time during the school year. Vendors will be at Murdock Elementary School during the fall enrollment period in September to answer any questions parents may have.
If parents have questions regarding this free tutoring service they may call Murdock Elementary School at 765-771-6120 or Dr. Julie Gustafson (Title I Director) at 765-807-7300.
