  Every family that fulfills the requirements of the V.I.P.P. program will be invited to attend the end-of-the-school-year V.I.P.P. Reward Event...
  
  Earhart School's Very Invigorating Pool Party!
  This party will be held at Castaway Bay at Armstrong Park, and will be open ONLY to Earhart families who qualify for the event.
  
  What do you have to do to qualify for this fun and exciting event?
  

  1. Attend the Parent Information Night during the first week of school.
     (Grades K-2: Tuesday, August 22, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.)
     (Grades 3-5: Thursday, August 24, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.)
     Note: Child care will be provided.
     * If you absolutely cannot attend, make arrangements with your child's teacher to watch a videotape of the information.
     
  2. Attend both Fall and Spring Parent - Teacher Conferences.
     
  3. Choose any 3 events from a list of 5 Academic Support Activities for your child's grade level. (examples: attend a grade-level program; volunteer in the school library; participate in Family Learning Night; etc.)
     
  4. Choose any 3 events from the list of School Support Activities.
     (examples: attend the Earhart Extravaganza; volunteer with Market Day sales; contribute to a school-sponsored community servie project such as Penny Harvest, etc.)
     
     Your child's teacher will provide the list of activities for that grade.
