JEFF 92 operates at 91.9 on the FM dial with a transmitting power of 250 watts. Monday through Friday during the school year, from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. you can hear "morning shows." These hour long programs vary from day to day and each bear the unique stamp of the student DJs who volunteer their time in the morning for these shows. The rest of the school day you'll hear students during their Radio-TV classes.

PSA information:  JEFF 92 will publicize your non-profit event during the LSC school year.

On April 9, 2015 at approximately 7:20 AM, the tower and transmitter for WJEF
suffered a lightning strike that knocked the station off the air. We are currently broadcasting at a reduced power. A new transmitter has been ordered and will be installed as soon as possible. Our webcast is not effected by this. Check back here for updates. We apologize for any inconvenience. When the new transmitter is installed there will be some down time with the station off the air, but that should be minimal.

Special Thanks to the following organizations and businesses for their financial support of JEFF 92

The last day of school for Jefferson RTV students is Thursday, May 28.  The station will go on summer status from then until the fall semester begins the second week of August.  This still means great oldies 24/7!   Our request line will not be active during this time!  Happy Summer everyone!
